At Bennett Community Consulting LLC, we value the time and commitment of our clients and partners. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which consulting sessions, meetings, and project engagements may be rescheduled or cancelled.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to maintain flexibility while ensuring efficient service delivery to all clients.
Clients are requested to provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of scheduled consultations. This allows us to accommodate other clients effectively.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to rescheduling delays or administrative fees depending on the nature of the engagement.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
For ongoing consulting projects, cancellation terms will be governed by the specific service agreement signed at the commencement of the engagement.
